Welcome to rent our annex with a central location in wonderful Åhus! We fill the fridge with really good breakfast and you have free access to coffee, tea and chocolate drinks. The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. We have fast WiFi as well as Netflix, DVD and X-Box. Enjoy comfortable Åhus in this quiet area. Newly built 2020 Attefall house 25m2 plus 7m2 sleeping loft with lower ceiling height. Open plan, large windows with light combined with modern day comforts. Of course, a barbecue as well as the patio/patio is available. A completely central accommodation with close to everything, sushi, food, system company, fitness facility, harbor, ice cream parlors, restaurants, beer brewery, central street with shopping, everything within 100-400meters. Bikes are also available to pre-book for SEK 50/bike/day

Welcome to our dear cohabitation cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, with 200 meters to the sea as well as the crown forest. It is about 1,5 km to the city centre where the harbour and all restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own patio area as well as a parking space next to the cottage. Two bikes are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are on site, if you want to rent, 200 SEK. In that case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning takes place as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Our guest cottage of 26sqm is recommended for 2 people. The cottage is nestled in a beautiful pine forest; here you can get away from everyday life and let go of stress. Around the cottage, nature is all around and offers many opportunities for recreation, but above all there is the proximity to the sea which you can reach with a 7-minute walk. The cottage has an open plan with a small kitchen, and there is a toilet, shower with underfloor heating. We live next door, so we're usually there if you need help with anything.

A completely newly built (2020) guest house just 250m from the wonderful beach. The 32m² is wisely planned and sleeps two bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine. The morning and morning sun lights up the 35m² wooden deck.
