In an enviable position just a 5 minute walk from a sandy beach, Ellesmere is a terraced house in New Quay. Our family bought the house in 1963, and three generations have enjoyed holidays here, escaping from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The house is comfortable and homely rather than boutique. Perfect if you want to get fit as it is up a steep hill, but within walking distance of New Quay's beaches, shops and eating places, it is also a 5 minute walk to the Ceredigion Coastal Path.

The Dairy is a newly renovated barn conversion on a working farm in North Pembrokeshire. It is full of character with exposed beams throughout. A stable door opens into the kitchen/dining area which has slate floors and a large kitchen island. The sitting room is cosy and inviting with a swinging chair and a log burner. Upstairs there is a glass fronted gallery landing with two double bedrooms each with en suite. The front garden has lovely views of the farm with a seating area and parking.

Ffyllon Fawr is a south facing farmhouse built in approx 1890 and has been sympathetically renovated and modernised recently. The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the beautiful open countryside. To one side is a level patio area with a picnic table and bench leading onto a sloping lawn area.
