Studio near beach, Pasman island

Cute studio apartment with small kitchen and bathroom. There is a real double bed, and one additional bed. In front of the apartment is a terace with seaview where You can enjoy your coffe, meal, read a book or take a nap. If you are early riser and want to prepare fish that fishermans are bringing every morning when trawlers are back in the harbour, there is a fireplace in the garden on your disposal. Nearest beach is only 150 meters from the apartment and you can feel free to just put on your swimsuit and flip flops, and go for a swim. On the island there are plenty public and hidden, natural flagstone and sandy beaches. If you enjoy walking or riding a bike there is a path along the island. You can have boat daytrip to beautiful national park Kornati that consist of 89 islands,islets and cliffs. You can reach Pasman island with ferry boat from early in the morning until midnight from town of Zadar or from town of Biograd.

Spaceous four bedroom apt. pefect for families

Property lies on very seacoast itself. With land over 1800m2(apt. 150m2) it has a dock acess, free parking, vast back and shared front yard for hanging out in shade of huge trees. Shops are close by.Dock view across sea captures Zadar coast and it's lights, giving a wonderful relaxing atmosphere at night.Subtle breeze makes sure it's never too hot. Has two toilets, lots of indoor space for kids and is pet friendly. Come have a good rest, meet hearty local people while exploring Pasman island! :)

Beautiful apartment (no. 8), beach on the doorstep

Everything for your family is at your fingertips at this centrally located place. You walk out of your apartment right onto the beach and under the building there is a laundromat and a hip coffee bar where you can have a delicious breakfast at any time you want and their rentals there also many things such as bicycles / beach sun beds/scooters/cars / paddle boards / boats / organized National Park trips etc. to make your vacation complete. Diagonally opposite is a supermarket and an ATM.

🏖 Our newly build villa ☆☆☆☆ with a heated pool is a perfect summer stay for anyone visiting the Zadar region. It is only 11km from Zadar city center and it offers comfort in a peaceful setting. The villa has two spacious double bed en-suite bedrooms, one small room, a cozy lounge, a modern kitchen, and a relaxing pool area with outside BBQ. Dog friendly. Communication with guests will be via Airbnb or mobile phone and I am only 10min drive away from the villa for any emergencies.

Seaside living at its best

This property is situated directly by the seaside. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

It was built in an olive grove Skalica far away from neighbors. Stone house on the south side of the island of Pašman is located just a few steps from the sea. The view from the home overlooks the hundreds of islands including the National Park Kornati. House is away just a few minutes by a car from the little village Banj, where you have a restaurant, cafe and shop. City of Zadar and Biograd is an ideal opportunity to visit from our little house.
