Hi, this is Maimalang, trying to make a good place to stay with the mind of my family. My space is a pleasant accommodation where you can enjoy the convenience of the city center and the joy of nature at the same time. It is a 5-minute walk from Bucheon City Hall Station on Line 7, and it is very accessible, and there are restaurants/department stores/large marts/convenience stores/hospitals/gyms/parks nearby, so you can enjoy all the convenience of life and the refreshment of nature. How does it feel to live in a duplex? I recommend my space to those who like the high ceilings that cool their hearts, the green view of the park from the window, and the open feeling. The space should be spacious. Other Airbnb listings that use spaces around 9 pyeong often feel frustrated because they have beds, sofas, and TVs in one room. My space is about 16 pyeong (including the loft), and I have a bedroom on the loft, and there is a separate living room, as well as an alpha room where you can work from home and eat.

The main room (Room A) receives trending sunlight in the morning and west-facing sunshine about 30 minutes after 4pm, and is connected to the terrace. There are two rooms, along with a small room, and it consists of a living area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The neighborhood has a cute housing complex and cafe streets, so you can feel the quiet scenery, but also have fun exploring the eclectic cafes. The space we provide is listed below: a. Room A - There is a bed and a sofa for relaxing, and an outdoor terrace leads to it. b. Room B - This is a smaller room than Room A. It is equipped with a bed and a clothes rack. c. -Full kitchen with basic catering. c. Toilet -Shower and toilet are neat and clean. * Parties are not allowed as it is a quiet residential area.

I aim to create a home away from home, thinking that my family and friends will use it. Check-in 16:00, Check-out 11:00 - 5 minutes from Jungdong Station and 1min from the bus station:) - Bucheon University and Bucheon Station are 10 minutes away! - There are small restaurants in the alley and a bustling food alley nearby. (Recommended: Seafood sashimi shop sold at Agujim Shop opposite Daechi Sundaeguk House) - Kitchen and toilet are separated from bedroom. - Cans, plastic, and vinyl are in a separate collection basket next to the shoe rack! - Please put the rest in a pay-as-you-go bag! - Food waste in the food waste bin! There are dry, shampoo, and disposable bathroom amenities in the bathroom. There are pots and tableware for simple cooking!
