Oferujemy komfortowy apartament, niepowtarzalne wnętrze, relaksującą kąpiel, wygodne dzielone łóżko, filiżankę kawy... Zimą jest tu przytulnie ciepło, a latem przyjemnie chłodno. Okno w mieszkaniu jest techniczne, nie zapewnia dostępu światła słonecznego, dlatego nie polecamy naszego mieszkania na dłuższe pobyty oraz dla osób cierpiących na klaustrofobię. Quiet apartment in the heart of Poznan A

The apartment is 35m2 and is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The building is located in the very center of the city, from where you can easily reach most of the attractions. There is a small grocery store on the street next to it where you can buy all the necessary products. Accommodation is a studio that has a comfortable 150x200cm double bed with a large closet that holds your belongings during a longer stay, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washer dryer.

Jasny i przestrzenny apartament w centrum z tarasem wychodzącym na ogród uniwersytetu. Lovely bright apartment with an open plan living room/kitchen, bedroom, en suite bathroom and an additional toilet. Fast internet and access to a lovely sunny patio come with the flat. The patio overlooks the university gardens and tennis courts which give it the holiday feel all year round. We are renting our beloved flat while we are away so it is for you to enjoy. Secure underground parking available.

PLEASE REFER TO THE OFFER DESCRIPTION 😊 I invite you to a flat in the Old Town district- on Szyperska Street. The area is safe and quiet. There is a bakery and shops (Żabka, Biedronka) by the block. The Old Market Square, Ostrów Tumski, the river and the Citadel are in close proximity. There is a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen available for guests + free wi-fi. Smoking is not allowed! From the building you can easily walk to the main attractions :)

A brand-new apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is located in a very quiet location, right next to the bike path running along the Warta River, and at the same time very close to the Old Town. The perfect place for a weekend tour of Poznań, a business trip, sports competitions or a bicycle tour of the city. The block has only 29 apartments, so you can be sure that you will find peace and a cosy atmosphere. The price includes a parking space in the garage (except for cars with LPG😉)

It is located in the very center of the Old Market Square, in the middle of all attractions. The apartment has air conditioning for hot days, TV and fast wifi. Fourth floor, no elevator!
