Bronfelen Yurt with a view

The Yurt on Bronfelen Farm is situated by The Heart of Wales Trainline - Cynghordy Viaduct. With spectacular views of Pen-y-fan mountain on the Brecon Beacons. The Yurt has a superking bed and log burner making for that cosy evening stargazing through the starlight. -There are no mains electricty available The glamping area is located in it's own field where you can spot Ivor the train, play games, sunbath and BBQ. You might even spot some of the animals that we have on our 53 acre working farm.

Nestled in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park, this recent addition to an (ex) 1800s pub is a cosy yet spacious self catering space. Opposite an old church with views across the valley it offers an an ideal getaway with walks in every direction and outdoor activities (canoeing, climbing, horse riding) further afield. Local events include: The Abergavenny Food Festival, Crickhowell Walking Festival, Haye Literary Festival, The Green Man. The village is two miles away with shops and pubs.

Stay at Treflach Farm and explore the Shropshire/N. Wales border (the Marches). We have a little farm shop with essentials and wood available for a campfire too. There is a little kitchenette & honesty bar in the Leyland Arms and luxury toilet and shower facilities in the straw bale eco build 150m from the yurt. The yurt has an internal groundsheet, coir mat & sheep skin rug. A double bed with bedding is provided (please bring your own towels), let us know if you need a second double bed.
