6 Quiet comfortable heart of Nice 2 steps to beach

From our entrance you need only cross the Promenade Anglais to reach the beach (less than 100m). Built in 1925 'stucco'-style, the building today stands in a flowered courtyard screened from the buzzing traffic of the Promenade. You will sleep undisturbed here. The room is individually decorated and air-conditioned, with full accommodation (private bathroom,TV and WiFi), and quite large by French standards.

Private room for two people, in trendy accommodation, not lacking in charm. The bedroom is 13 m2, with a spring mattress and a large closet for storage. The bathroom and kitchen are to be shared.
