NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Hello Together, the apartment was fully renovated in 2016 and offers everything you could need. It is located in a quiet residential area and close to the beautiful Chiemsee. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the shore. For the key handover, my wife and I will be at your disposal. Alternatively, the key is in a keybox to allow flexible check-in.
