There are 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large laundry and a generous open plan living area which captures the afternoon sun and has incredible views across rural land. This property can accommodate/sleep up to 15 people but can easily be the perfect retreat for a couple, groups or families.
The kitchen is newly renovated and perfect for entertaining with loads of storage and preparation areas, including a Nespresso machine and coffee pods. Incredible vistas across rural land will make cleaning up the dishes even easier. A beautiful butlers sink, side by side fridge, dishwasher and large 900mm gas top oven.
The top floor is dedicated to the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge along with 2 large bedrooms with queen-sized beds and 1 recently fully renovated bathroom including a walk-in shower with ceiling to floor tiles. The second level comprises 4 bedrooms, 1 of these bedrooms have bunk beds 1 with a double on the bottom and a single on top, all other bunks are singles, there is also 2 queen bedrooms and another room with a single bed with a single mattress trundle bed underneath. A bathroom with a separate toilet and large laundry is also on this level. The garage/basement level has space for 2 cars to be parked along with a games area including a table tennis table and dart board.
A large decking area is on the top floor and there are balconies on the second level giving 4 of the 6 bedrooms access to their own little slice of paradise taking advantage of the rural views and natural light.
The large decking is perfect for beers and BBQs or just to relax in the sun. A comfy L-shaped outdoor lounger and umbrella are set up for you to sit back and relax, you will be wowed by the tranquillity and beauty of the surroundings and views and the fact that the property is hidden away from neighbours.
Beds are fully made up with linen, towels are provided and there are extras if needed.

Other things to note
Please note - the driveway is steep, parking is NOT suitable for extra large vehicles, the area to turnaround is tight.
There are 2 flights of stairs on this property. There is external access via a ramp to get to the top level there are also internal stairs from the garage on the bottom level. As this property is over 3 floors with stairs (although the bottom floor is on the ground) it may not be suitable for some younger children and anyone who is not a fan of heights. It is fully fenced/balustrades around all decking areas but children may need to be carefully watched.
