Self-contained, Peake Cottage is set in established grounds and seperate from the main house. Tucked in down the back of the section, it is private and peaceful - the perfect place to relax and a great base for local events.

• 14 minute drive from Mystery Creek
• 25 minutes from Hobbiton
• Close to Hamilton and the beautiful Hamilton Gardens
• Less than an hours drive from Waitomo Caves
Peake Cottage started life as a school dental clinic. It was moved onto the property by the previous owners around 2013 and fully refurbished.
Self-contained it is set in established grounds, separate from the main house and with its own access and parking. It is private and peaceful – the perfect place to relax and a great base for many of the activities in and around the Waikato.
The cottage is well-appointed and will comfortably sleep two in the king sized bed.
The kitchen comes with microwave, electric hotplate, refrigerator and nespresso machine – bring your favourite capsules. We do supply some for your stay.
There are lots of cafes, restaurants and take-away options available in both Cambridge and Hamilton.
Tea, coffee and milk are provided. As is all the linen.
A heat pump/air-conditioning unit ensures year round comfort.
There is secure off road parking.
