Quietly nestled on a hill, our villa offers stunning sunsets and poolside relaxation opposite villa, just a quick stroll to the beach and shops, restaurants and bars. Ideal for a small family or couple seeking a peaceful retreat, but not far from action (Longbeach).

The villa is fully furnished and includes a kitchen and washing machine. There are two air conditioning units inside and 3 ceiling fans. Equipped with a double bed, single bed, and trundle bed.

Pet-free and smoke-free home.

There is lockbox at the front door. The guest will receive the code prior check in. There is also a security screen to prevent all mosquitoes and monkeys.

Guest access
The guest collect the house key from the key box at the front door. The guest will be given the code on the same date when check in.

Other things to note
Please note that power and water costs are excluded. A Safety Deposit of THB4,000 per week is required prior to check-in, this will cover power and water charges, with any remaining balance refunded upon check-out.

Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. An additional THB 10000 cleaning fee will be charged if guests smoke inside. Whilst Thailand may have legalized cannabis this is a family orientated villa and it is not permitted onsite.
