Monsoon luxury home for 2 has been fully renovated in summer 2019 !The house is located in Skiathos town more specific in the area 'Kotroni', only 3 minute walk from the famous Papadiamanti Street. The house is ideal for one couple or couple with a kid that can sleep on the couch as the mattress is latex mattress. The house has a cute little balcony! Everything in the house is brand new. This lovely apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated house , in a beautiful area,just next to the church square of the Panagia Limnia church. It has 3 bedrooms,sleeping 6 people, a bathroom, a kitchen and big roof top terrace.The roof top is nice and spacious and is perfect for stargazing the Moon.The Old Port and the Main Street are on a few minutes walking distance.There is a parking area nearby, and the first beach and bus stop number 4 it’s only 5 minutes away.

Villa Orion - Space for 2 with Beautiful Seaview

Villa Orion is situated about 1km outside the main town of Skiathos. It is approximately 25 minutes on foot. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the road as well as a bus stop which can take you to town and to the Southern beaches. The apartment is on a hill with a beautiful 180 degree view of the sea and is surrounded by a charming garden. We suggest taking a taxi upon your arrival if you are not renting a vehicle, as the walk up the hill with heavy suitcases is not advisable.

Our house is an one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Is located at the center of Skiathos town. The nearest beach is 200m far away and the nearest parking space 100m. The main street and the port of Skiathos is less than 5 minutes on foot. Traditional tavernas, trattorias are located next to the house! The house is appropriate for people who don't want to use vehicle on their holidays because the house is located in the heart of the island!
