The space
This modern new-build has been designed with comfort, ease and tranquility in mind. All furnishings are newly-purchased with every need considered.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, with expansive walk-in wardrobe, ensuite with shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a king-single with single trundler bed. Both have harbour views.
The main bathroom is well-stocked with separate shower and bathtub, with the toilet in an adjacent room.
Relax in the open-plan living area with books and card games for entertainment, or watch tv (Sky Sport Now app is available). There is also a work space in this area.
The modern kitchen is the hub of this home and contains everything you need, including an air fryer, sandwich maker, four-slice toaster, Nespresso coffee maker with capsules and a range of tea.
The generous sliding doors connect indoor/outdoor flow from both the dining and lounge areas with the added bonus of a covered louvre roof, which can be opened with the push of a button for sun lovers!
Relaxing on the deck, surrounded by native trees, one has the feeling of complete privacy; sit back and relax on the plush, comfy lounge chairs or sit up and dine alfresco-style. A new bbq is also on hand for the true kiwi outdoor dining experience.

This property is situated in Onerahi featuring stunning coastal views. It is the closest suburb to a beach on Whangārei Harbour and the gateway to Whangārei Heads where you can take your pick of stunning beaches and walks.

There are several easy access paths down to the harbour frontage for those who enjoy a scenic walk. The area is also well-suited for walkers/cyclists with the Waimahanga track leading all the way into the Town Basin. The arport is less than a minute's drive away and Onerahi shopping centre, which includes a New World supermarket, is less than five, with only an additional seven minute's drive into the centre of Whangārei.

Onerahi restaurants include Flames, Top Sail and the Parua Bay Tavern, a 12-minute drive toward Whangārei Heads, is a popular choice for both locals and tourists.
