This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
An 18th-century farmhouse tucked down a quiet Mill Hill lane, where historic charm meets modern comfort. Just moments from the Underground yet surrounded by greenery, it’s a sanctuary with sweeping views over Totteridge Valley. Wander the leafy garden, soak in spacious interiors, and watch the sun sink over the hills with a glass in hand. A place to slow down, dream, and unwind in style.

The space
Three bedrooms, two with king beds and a third room with two singles. We also have a large blow up bed (in the lounge cupboard) and a luxurious 2.8m couch in the lounge for one extra. You can find spare duvets and sheets in the main bedroom draws and cupboards.

The garden is wonderful to relax in. You'll hopefully see a herd of cows in the fields out the back of the house. Please don't walk into the fields directly out the back of the house but you're welcome to go for a walk through Totteridge Valley — leave the front of the house and go right or left to find two entrances to Totteridge Valley a few minutes down the road.
