Our spacious and fully furnished beach house provides all the creature comforts you need, ensuring a warm and cozy atmosphere. The giant sliding doors allow you to take in the fresh pacific sea air while having a beverage in your swivel chairs.
Accommodating up to 4 guests, guests have sole access to the entire home. The house features two main bedrooms with super-king beds and personal ensuites.
For the chef in the group, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meal, plus a sunny outdoor deck with loungers and a table.
We prefer a minimalistic approach to decor, keeping it clutter free so you can make it feel like your home. It boasts a comfortable open plan living and dining area so you can relax while taking in the captivating ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows. There's a set of binoculars to watch the birdlife or check out the ships coming in and out of Lyttelton Harbour.

Important info about our toilets.
In our neighborhood, including our home, we rely on pressure sewerage systems for waste disposal. It's crucial to understand the limitations to maintain the system's functionality and avoid costly repairs. Similar to a kitchen sink's garbage disposal, we have a macerator that grinds waste before pumping it through a narrow pipe to the street and eventually to its final destination.
To prevent costly damage and keep the system running smoothly, please only flush organic human waste and toilet paper.
Items such as hygiene products, wipes, cotton balls, and buds should be disposed of in the waste basket provided beside each toilet. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
