Couples and solo travellers will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located, peaceful place. This private wing is secured with your own access, has a spacious bedroom with king bed, own bathroom & laundry & a cute garden courtyard. Coromandel town's cafe's and restaurants are walking distance, the closest pub is 2 mins away, leave your car in your private carpark and enjoy the stroll. Unique earth plaster walls give soft acoustics and a cozy feeling. Comfortable natural bedding
The space
The bedroom is large and comfortable with a king size bed, french doors to your private courtyard, with a small table and 2 chairs outside. There is also a table and chairs in the room. There is a toaster, hot water kettle, coffee and tea and a small fridge in the room.
The bathroom has a large basin, large shower, a toilet and added amenities of laundry tub, a washing machine and a dryer. There is a separate entrance with a lockbox which opens to your private lobby area where the bathroom and bedroom doors are as well as a coat rack and area for shoes etc
Guest access
The whole wing is yours to use, it's one area of the home with own entrance, park space and courtyard.
You have your own room plus bathroom/laundry. There is a lockbox for the key, check in details provided on the day.
During your stay
The adjoining door to our home is locked. We are available by messaging for any questions or requests, however we generally leave guests to enjoy their private time for their holiday.
Other things to note
*The bedside lamps are rechargeable and have cables for that purpose in the room. This means they can be moved anywhere inside or out. They are touch lamps with 3 different light settings, by touching the silver button on top.
*There is a hot water kettle, toaster and coffee plunger in the room, along with cups, plates, wine glasses and a small fridge. Washing up supplies are beside the laundry tub. Laundry detergent is supplied along with shower toiletries.
All the water to the property is town supply and double filtered at the entrance to the property, so yes the water is pure and nice to drink.
*Smoking and vaping is strictly outdoors, please close the door so the smoke and vape perfume doesn't go inside. The glycerine in vapes makes the odour extremely hard to remove. Please ensure the door is shut while vaping outside.
* there are light switches in the lobby for outside, if you plan on coming home after dark you will find it convenient to turn on the sensor light at the door so you can use the key easily
* the pub and it's dining room is 2 minutes walk. Town with cafes, restaurants and the supermarket is 6 minutes walk. There is a small fridge in the room and a hot water kettle but no cooking facilities. Cooking with your own appliances is forbidden in the room. Please take advantage of the hospitality businesses in town. Ours is a country town and the kitchens close early. Please make your orders at restaurants and cafes no later than 8pm
